Machina Organika to moje cudowne odkrycie ostatnich miesięcy. Żeby wejść do środka zachęcił mnie wygląd lokalu z zewnątrz - piękna, niebieska fasada.  A jak zorientowałam się, że to wegetariańska knajpka z pysznymi rzeczami w menu to grzechem byłoby nie spróbować tych pyszności.

 

Machina Organika is a wonderful discovery of mine from last month. The outside look of the restaurant, which is a beautiful, blue facade, encouraged me to go inside. The restaurant is located in a tenement and consists of three floors (levels). .And when I realized that it's a vegetarian eatery with delicious things on the menu, I thought that it would be a sin not to try the food.

 

Ground floor.

 

Miejsce troszkę przypomina mi wystrojem Maroko, gdzie spędziłam trochę czasu w swoim życiu. Przypuszczam, że głównie przyczyniają się do tego wzorzyste płytki na ścianach, które są podstawowym elementem wystroju marokańskiego domu.  Poza tym, w środku mamy minimalistyczną aranżację i piękne rośliny.

Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, jest pyszne i świeże. Nie wiem czy menu zmienia się codziennie, ale za każdym razem jak tam jestem serwowane są inne dania. Myślę, że to również plus dla knajpki za to, że używa sezonowych warzyw i owoców, więc mamy pewność że używane są świeże produkty, a nie mrożone. Możemy zjeść pyszne zupy, sałatki, kasze, kanapki. Polecam też spróbować japońskie wino śliwkowe. Co jest interesujące podobno nie podgrzewają dań powyżej 40°C, przez co jedzenie nie traci składników odżywczych. Nie używają również cukru, wszystko słodzone jest agawą.

 

Decor of the place reminds me little bit of Morocco, where I spent some time in my life. I suppose that mainly contribute to the patterned tiles on the walls, which are an essential element of Moroccan home decor. Besides, inside has a minimalist design and beautiful plants.

As far as food is delicious and fresh. I do not know whether the menu changes daily, but every time I'm there, there are different dishes served. I think it's also a plus for the restaurant that they use seasonal vegetables and fruits, so we are sure that you are using fresh ingredients, not frozen. You may enjoy delicious soups, salads, groats, sandwiches. I recommend to try the Japanese plum wine. What's interesting is that they do not heat the dishes up above 40°C, so the food does not lose nutrients. Also they don't use the sugar, everything is sweetened with agave.

 

First floor.

First floor looks lika a cafe, great place to have something sweet and chat.

 

Basement.

In the basement there is a great place to chill in the evening, having a drink with bunch of friends. Kind of reminds me of a beach.

SOLO Art Cafe lub (jak kto woli) Galerkawka, to połączenie kawiarni z galerią. Dla mnie jest to idealne miejsce na wieczory lub chłodniejsze dni (będzie extra zimą!), bo jest to mała, przytulna kawiarenka, bez tłumów ludzi, gdzie można zaszyć się z książką bądź laptopem, siedząc w miękkim fotelu. Panuje tam przyjemna, domowa atmosfera, nikt się nie narzuca. Zwyczajnie jest miło i spokojnie.

SOLO Art Cafe is a combination of a cafe and a gallery. For me, it's a perfect place for evenings or cooler days (will be awesome in winter!), because it is a small, cozy cafe, without the crowds of people, where you can hide with a book or laptop, sitting in a soft chair. There's this pleasant, family atmosphere. It's simply nice and quiet.

Jak wspomniałam, jest to kawiarnia, która jest też taką mini-galerią. Można tam nabyć ręcznie robioną biżuterię, oryginalne ekotorby, naczynia i wiele innych gadżetów, które zrobili niezależni artyści czy studenci ASP. Jest to miejsce pełne różnośći. Gdzie się nie obejrzeć to wiszą czyjeś prace, które możemy nabyć jeśli tylko wpadły nam w oko. Jest to też kawiarenka z najpyszniejszą tartą cytrynową w mieście! Polecam to miejsce pełne rozmaitości, gdzie mimo wszystko można się totalnie odciąć i wyciszyć.

As I mentioned, this is a cafe, which is also a mini-gallery. There you can buy hand-made jewelry, original eco bags, utensils and many other gadgets, which are made by freelance artists or students of art. It is also the place with the most delicious lemon pie in town! I so recommend this cafe full of diversity, where despite everything, you can be completely cut off and calm down!

Czy wiecie, że cupcake i muffin to nie to samo? Cupcake ma krem. Muffin ma polewę, a najczęściej jest "golutki". Cupcake jest z miękkiego ciasta tortowego/biszkoptowego, muffin z nieco cięższego ciasta często zmieszanego z orzechami, kawałkami czekolady i innymi dodatkami. A jeśli chcecie spróbować pysznych cupcakes i muffins to polecam wrocławską Muffiniarnię.

I assume most of you know the differnce between cupcakes and muffins? A cupcake is made of cake and has a frosting, a muffin is more dense, more like bread, with nuts, chocolate chpis or dried fruits. If you wanna have amazing cupkes and muffins in Wrocław I recommend to visit Muffiniarnia.

Jest to coś w rodzaju kawiarni/cukierni, gdzie można zjeść najlepsze, moim zdaniem, babeczki w mieście. Od razu zdradzę, że moje ulubione smaki to te z kremem Kinder Bueno oraz marchewkowe. Występują też smaki malinowy, truskawkowy, biała czekolada, czekoladka Kinder, Oreo oraz całe mnóstwo muffinków. Cupcakes mają pyszny krem; nie maślany ani śmietanowy - po prostu idealny. W Muffiniarni można również przysiąść (najfajniejsze są te miejsca z poduchami zaraz przy oknach) i napić się milkshake'ów w bardzo ciekawych smakach takich jak: guma balonowa, Oreo, Kukułka, Kinder Bueno czy Pinacolada. Jedyny minus tego miejsca, to fakt że nie zawsze możemy zastać pełen wybór smaków babeczek. Wydaje mi się, że jest to spowodowane tym, że są one na bieżąco pieczone, w niedużych ilościach. Polecam odwiedzić miłośnikom słodkości! 

This place is something between a café and a pastry shop where you can have the best cupcakes in the city. First, I will reveal my favorite flavors and those are Kinder Bueno cream and carrot. However, there's a bunch of different tastes as well. They also have very interesting milkshake flavors like: bubble gum, Oreo, Kinder Bueno or pinacolada. The only drawback here is the fact that we can not always find a full selection of cupcake flavors. It seems to me that this is due to the fact that they keep baking them in the shop in small quantities. Sweet lovers can visit!
